Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Staff member based in the Amsterdam area. The responsibilities include driving sales, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting Estuary's unique blending water. The individual will identify and foster new business opportunities, prepare sales plans, represent the company at events, and deliver exceptional customer service. Collaboration with the marketing team and other departments will also be expected to achieve sales goals and align with company values.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Sales and negotiation skills with experience in business development or a comparable field.
• An understanding of marketing strategies and techniques to assist in promotional activities.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively across departments.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and achieve targets effectively.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience or passion for premium spirits, beverages, or the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience.
