Business Development Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage sales across GT, MT, HORECA, and Liquor Store channels in the assigned territory.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, super stockists, and key trade partners.Build and maintain strong relationships with liquor stores, bars, restaurants, hotels, and retailers.Execute trade promotions, visibility drives, and activations to increase product availability and brand presence.Negotiate margins, schemes, and credit terms with trade partners.Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.Ensure timely billing, collections, and stock rotation at trade points.Work closely with the marketing team for POSM deployment and brand-building initiatives.Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with management.Key RequirementsGraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).2–6 years of experience in FMCG/Beverage/Alcohol/Beverage Mixer industry (GT/MT/HORECA/Liquor Stores).Strong distributor handling and channel management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.Willing to travel extensively within the territory.What We OfferCompetitive salary + incentives.Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing premium beverage company.Exposure to working across diverse sales channels (GT/MT/HORECA/Liquor).Dynamic and supportive work environment.
