Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate tooling solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, providing customer support, and managing customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include tracking sales metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for customers
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in the machining or tooling industry is a plus
