Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, Pacific Subhash Nagar, New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily sales activities, providing excellent customer service, managing and training sales staff, and meeting sales targets. The individual will also be responsible for creating a pleasant shopping experience for customers and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and expertise in Sales Management
• Ability to train and motivate sales staff
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the fashion or jewelry industry is a plus
