Negotiate terms, address objections, and drive successful sales closures while ensuring client satisfaction and company profitability.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, proposals sent, feedback received, and the status of each lead to ensure accountability and transparency.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and organisational abilities.
Ability to understand and explain technical or complex services thoroughly.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with proposal writing and business development strategies.
