Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting loan products, and generating sales. The role involves building strong customer relationships, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of our financial solutions. Additional responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the sales management team to refine strategies and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Expertise in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Training and coaching team members to achieve sales goals
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in financial products and services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
