At Profound Writers (PW), we help authors transform their manuscripts into published books through expert editing, design, and publishing support. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our Author Outreach Team to connect with passionate writers and storytellers around the world.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and persuasive Sales Executive who enjoys connecting with people and turning conversations into opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact for aspiring authors, introducing them to our publishing and design services, and helping them take the next step toward publishing their work.This is a remote, commission-based role ideal for individuals who want to work flexibly while earning based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential authors (leads provided by PW) via calls, emails, and social media.Present PW’s publishing and design packages clearly and confidently.Build relationships and guide authors through the service selection process.Record and manage client interactions in Google Sheets.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding after sales closure.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.Basic familiarity with Google Sheets and online communication tools.Prior experience in sales, business development, or publishing (preferred but not required).

Compensation:

💰 Commission-Based:10% commission on projects below ₹1 Lakh.20% commission on projects above ₹1 Lakh.(No fixed salary. High-performing executives have strong earning potential.)
