We partner with hospitals, healthcare providers, and financial institutions to streamline medical claim processes and offer customized financing options. Our technology-driven solutions aim to enhance financial transparency and reduce claim processing times, allowing healthcare providers to focus on patient care. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our hospital network, strengthening partnerships, and developing proprietary software to optimize the entire RCM ecosystem. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a sales manager, based in Coimbatore with some flexibility for work from home. The sales manager will be responsible for hospital empanelment and identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, prospecting leads, conducting client meetings, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Need to tie up with the hospitals for our insurance business and coordinate with hospitals from time to time for seemless service. In case the hospital has any dissatisfaction, the candidate has to coordinate with the operations team and solve the issue. Qualifications Experience in sales strategies, lead prospecting, and client relationship management Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Ability to develop and implement sales plans to meet targets proficient in Tamil and English.
