Your role and responsibilities:
-In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Budget, Planning and Execution
- Achieve the sales target of completely new business for Drive Products division. To Primarily focus on Channel Partners / OEMs / EU/ System Integrators Market. Look for new customer, opportunity untapped by ABB.
- Achieve the order target month on month and collect the overdue in time. Develop new channel part-ner to address the untapped distribution business in Cluster. Work together with market manager, product sales managers for business growth.
Market Development
- Do inhouse sales seminars with strong value proposition. Work closely with the CP/OEM/SIs and share success stories. Sell with proper product positioning.
Ownership
- Full commitment to meet the budget numbers. Co-ordinate with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed.
MIS
- Regularly give update on business done product line wise and market wise. Prepare monthly MIS and submit to stake holders.
Qualifications for the role- Qualification: Diploma/BE/ BTech - Electrical or similar discipline,
- 6+ years experience in front end sales with strong knowledge on the Product bundles in Industrial Automation with Drives, Automation & Servo Products is preferred
- Aggressive and result oriented, should know to sell volumes and values. Good communication skills
