This Position reports to: Sales Specialist
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, as a Sales Manager (FES), you will enhance the sales performance of ELSB Products in Ahmedabad - Gujarat, India, specifying and implementing effective OEM channel initiatives in line with global strategy. Reporting to the Team Leader (OEM Channel), you will be responsible for the local sales organization to meet motivated targets and fulfill customer expectations.

This role is contributing to the ABB India, Smart Building, Electrification, Business, for OEM Sales function for Ahmedabad Location.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Cover OEMs, Machine Builders, SIs, Process Power OEMs, and influencers in the assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities and converting them to meet sales targets.
- Maintain an opportunity pipeline while providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales teams.
- Establish and maintain reliable customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales and post-sales cycle, including material delivery and after-sales support.
- Promote digitalization solutions and new products through product promotion events, seminars, and effective team collaboration.
Qualifications for the role:
- 5-10 years of Sales experience as an individual contributor with LV Switchgear in the NCR market.
- Knowledge of the industrial segment and SFDC operations for sales tracking and reporting.
- Experience in direct sales, account management, and cross-selling to facilitate business growth.
- Practical experience with Low Voltage Equipment and Electrical Distribution solutions.
- Proficient communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented, motivated mindset.
- Skilled written and verbal communication for effective customer and internal stakeholder engagement.
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics; full-time, regular employment.
