About the Role

Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert potential learners or institutional clients through outbound/inbound calls, meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses, programs, or enterprise solutions.
• Manage the entire sales funnelfrom lead qualification to closing.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with academic counselors, marketing teams, and product experts to enhance the customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with students, parents, and B2B partners.
• Stay updated on product features, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in

  EdTech sales / Inside sales / B2C or B2B sales

  .
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• High level of persistence, motivation, and customer orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms is a plus.
