Role Summary

Junior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and convert leads in the BFSI segment.
Present financial products/services to clients with clarity and confidence.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
Support senior sales managers in closing deals and managing pipelines.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable BFSI solutions.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and track performance metrics.
Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and sales trackers.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, underwriting, service teams) to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of
sales experience in BFSI
(banking, insurance, loans, financial products, investment advisory, fintech).
Strong
communication
,
presentation
, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand financial products and explain them to customers.
Good negotiation and client-handling capabilities.
Basic understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, and customer engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
