Job Description : This role is responsible for managing and driving the renewal process for cloud services / SaaS Portfolio. Candidates are expected to ensure high customer retention and revenue growth. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills to effectively engage with customers and partners. 1.4 years of experience in sales, account management, or renewals (preferably in a cloud or SaaS environment). Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a smooth renewal experience. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing solutions that align with their business goal. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, infra Product Server/ Storage / Tape / OS etc etc.).
