Sales Outreach Executive

About the Role

Cold Outreach Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Research and build targeted lead lists across industries and geographies.
Create and optimize personalized, high-converting outreach emails.
Track and analyze performance metrics to improve campaign results.
Conduct A/B testing on email content, subject lines, and follow-ups.
Manage campaigns and automation using HubSpot or similar CRMs.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to maintain a steady flow of qualified leads.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles (preferably in SaaS/IT/Tech).
Proficient in cold outreach, email marketing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Strong knowledge of HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Freshsales.
Excellent English copywriting skills; ability to use AI tools for localization (e.g., Swedish).
Analytical, self-motivated, and target-driven.
