Job Description

Maintain and clean sales & CRM data to ensure data accuracy and hygiene
Build dashboards, reports & visualizations to track key sales metrics
Support in sales process design, mapping and documentation
Assist in automation, tool integration, and workflow optimizations
Monitor sales funnel health; identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing & Product teams to align on metrics, forecasts, and goals
Help with training or onboarding sales staff on tools, playbooks, and best practices
Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions.

What are we looking for

Current undergraduate or postgraduate student (Preferably in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related fields)
Strong analytical mindset comfortable working with numbers
Good Excel / Google Sheets skills (including formulas, pivot tables)
Basic understanding of sales processes & metrics
Familiarity or eagerness to learn CRMs and sales tools
Good communication skills able to present insights, findings
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Real-world sales operations in SaaS environment
How to design scalable sales processes
Data analytics, KPI tracking, dashboarding
Tool integrations & automation
Cross-functional stakeholder management
