Job Description

About the role:

Own and maintain hundreds of opportunities in Dynamics for multiple businesses, perform invoice and contract analysis, deep research, identify and correct missing or bad data, compute and maintain accurate baselines, proactively interact with renewal managers and leadership, create excel/power BI reports and other duties, as necessary.

What you will be doing:

Domain:

(Great to Have) Client interactions (Client Services, Tech Support, Sales Support, Renewals Support, Stakeholder Interactions)
(Great to Have) Finance Domain Exposure (Capital Markets, Banking Sector)
(Great to Have) Contracts Research/Analysis
(Nice to Have) Global Finance Organization (GFO Auditing, Billing, Accounting, Risk and Compliance etc.)

Tech:

(Must Have) Strong analytical ability, Deep research, Numbers crunching and computations
(Must Have) Good Excel skills (Pivots, Data Processing, LOOKUPs, Formulae)
(Must Have) Experience with Sales Force, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar CRM/ERP system
(Great to Have) Scripting (VBA, Perl, Python) and/or programming skills (C/C++, C#, java or similar)
(Great to Have) Power BI, Data Analytics, SQL
