We empower the world’s leading brands and retailers with unmatched insights into consumer behavior and the influencers that drive it.As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales Directors and broader commercial teams by ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of our Salesforce CRM processes. You’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining data integrity, generating and maintaining accurate quotes and opportunities, and streamlining contract workflows. This role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative individual with a strong customer service mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities
  • Salesforce Support & Opportunity Management
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting Sales Directors in creating and updating opportunities and quotes within Salesforce.
    • Generate quote forms for Worldpanel by Numerator as needed.
    • Communicate efficiently and effectively with the Sales Team ensuring you have deep understanding of the sale and its context to build appropriate quotes
  • Data Integrity & CRM Maintenance
    • Monitor and maintain data accuracy across key Salesforce objects.
    • Review exception reports to identify and resolve data inconsistencies across additional CRM entities.
    • Lead ad hoc data hygiene initiatives to ensure the CRM remains current and reliable.
  • Contracting & Approval Workflow
    • Collaborate with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to manage the contracting lifecycle, including subscription renewals, amendments, and decommissions.
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Build and maintain Salesforce reports to deliver meaningful data and insights to  the Sales team.
  • Training & Enablement
    • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials to empower commercial teams in using Salesforce effectively.

What You'll Bring to Numerator

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a corporate or business operations environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Index/Match.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated team-player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
