As a Sales Operations Manager at Taskpey Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a vital role in onboarding field sales team, assisting in sales operations, merchant acquisiton by our sales team by ensuring smooth coordination. This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with a fast-paced team in an innovative fintech company, driving the adoption of our payment solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hiring and managing Field sales Executives all over M.P. for merchant acquisiton. 

• Coordinate and manage the daily sales activities, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes and follow-ups.

• Act as a liaison between clients, sales team, and other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions.

• Monitor sales performance and collaborate with the sales team to drive market penetration and expand our customer base.

• Track and analyze sales data, providing insights to improve sales strategies and processes.

• Organize and assist with sales meetings, client presentations, and events aimed at promoting our QR code and card payment solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales preferably in Fintech/QR industry.

• Must have a Knowledge of creating new merchant base. 

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on driving business growth and client acquisition.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven approach.

• A deep understanding of the channel partner model and its implementation in sales strategies.

• Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.

• Knowledge of payment solutions, QR codes, and card payment systems is a plus.
