Sales Support Intern

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Market Research:

Research and identify potential clients, market trends, and emerging opportunities. Support the team in building lead pipelines using online platforms and directories.

CRM Support & Data Handling:

Assist in maintaining and updating lead and customer data in our CRM system. No prior CRM experience required—we’ll guide you through it.

Sales Enablement:

Collaborate in creating pitch decks, sales presentations, and proposals. Help in streamlining sales documentation and ensuring client communication is on-brand and timely.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate with prospects and clients to gather feedback, answer queries, and support engagement efforts that build trust and retention.

Team Coordination & Admin Support:

Help organize sales meetings, prepare reports, and manage day-to-day operational tasks to keep the team efficient and focused.

Qualifications

Education:

Business, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field
