Sales Operations Executive

Role Overview: As a Business Development and Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to proactively engage with potential clients through various channels such as social media, referrals, networking, or cold outreach. Your tasks will include building strong relationships with corporate and HNI clients, identifying new markets and partnership opportunities, and representing the company at travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential clients through social media, referrals, networking, or cold outreach. - Build strong relationships with corporate and HNI clients. - Identify new markets and partnership opportunities. - Represent the company at travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events. - Understand traveler requirements and provide tailored solutions including luxury trips, cruises, and FITs. - Create and present creative, well-priced proposals and quotes to convert leads into confirmed bookings. - Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets. - Coordinate bookings with cruise lines, DMCs, and other partners. - Manage travel documents such as vouchers, visas, and insurance. - Ensure clients receive necessary support before departure and after return. - Update the CRM system regularly and maintain accurate service timelines.
