Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via social media, referrals, networking, or cold outreach
  • Build corporate and HNI client relationships
  • Identify new markets and partnership opportunities
  • Attend travel fairs, exhibitions, or networking events (when applicable)

Sales

  • Understand traveler requirements and suggest tailored solutions (luxury trips, cruises, FITs)
  • Share creative and well-priced proposals/quotes
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

Operations

  • Coordinate bookings with cruise lines, DMCs, and partners
  • Manage travel documents: vouchers, visas, insurance, etc.
  • Ensure clients are supported pre-departure and post-return
  • Update CRM and maintain accurate service timelines

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹10,018.15 - ₹30,823.28 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
