Sales Operations Executive

As a Business Development and Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with potential clients through various channels such as social media, referrals, networking, or cold outreach. You will be tasked with building strong relationships with corporate and HNI clients, identifying new markets and partnership opportunities, as well as representing the company at travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events. In the Sales aspect of the role, you will need to have a deep understanding of traveler requirements and provide tailored solutions including luxury trips, cruises, and FITs. Your ability to create and present creative, well-priced proposals and quotes will be crucial in converting leads into confirmed bookings and achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets. In terms of Operations, you will be responsible for coordinating bookings with cruise lines, DMCs, and other partners, managing travel documents such as vouchers, visas, and insurance, and ensuring that clients receive the necessary support before departure and after return. It will also be essential to update the CRM system regularly and maintain accurate service timelines. This position requires full-time availability, with the possibility of internship opportunities. The work schedule will be on a day shift, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required. The work location for this role is in-person.
