Sales Strategy Development – Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achievecorporate objectives for products and services. Team Leadership – Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals,ensuring goal alignment and high team performance. Market Research and Analysis – Identify new market opportunities, analyze customerneeds, and track competitor strategies to fine-tune offerings. Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong client relationships tomaximize customer retention and satisfaction. Lead Generation & Conversion – Develop and execute campaigns to generate leads andconvert them into long-term business partnerships. Collaboration with Product Development – Work closely with R&D and engineeringteams to ensure product-market fit and customer-centric solutions. Contract Negotiation – Lead commercial negotiations to close deals, ensuring mutuallybeneficial terms and profitability.Fundamental Parameters:• Experience: 7–10 years in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in manufacturing orengineering industry. Experience with industrial automation or capital equipment is astrong plus.• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) withMBA in Marketing or Business Management.• Location: Pune, Maharashtra (or specify actual location).• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and industry standards.• Gender Preference: Open.• Age Range: 30 to 40 years.• Reporting Relationship: Reports to Director – Sales and Strategy.• Preference: Candidates with prior experience in managing regional/national level salesteams and exposure to international markets.Core Competencies / Special Skills Required: Strong leadership and team management skills Deep understanding of industrial sales cycles and buyer behaviour Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing platforms Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Ability to travel as required (domestic and international) Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strategic thinking with a customer-first approachcommitted to building a diverse, inclusive, and empowering work environment.
