As a Full-Time employee with 13 years of experience, you will be based in Pune with a budget of 5 LPA. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining sales and marketing dashboards to track activities effectively. You will drive lead generation through various channels, both online and offline, to support business growth. Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms will be a key aspect of your role. Implementing SEO strategies to boost website traffic and enhance search engine rankings will also be crucial. Collaboration with internal stakeholders for marketing activities such as content creation for social media, research papers, proposals, and marketing collateral will be essential. You will coordinate daily sync-ups with the CMO and other managers to monitor sales pipeline progress. Documenting meeting minutes, following up on action items, and ensuring timely execution with internal and external parties are part of your responsibilities. Managing and expanding the prospect database, identifying new lead sources, and following up via cold calls and email campaigns will be necessary. Keeping updated with industry news and reports on ESG and sustainability trends is also expected from you. To excel in this role, you should hold a BBA/MBA or an equivalent degree. A background in environmental studies or sustainability would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills are a must-have. Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and lead generation is required. Proficiency with analytics, SEO tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms is essential.
