Sales & Marketing Officer
with hands-on experience in the
healthcare or wellness sector

This role requires someone who can understand healthcare business dynamics, build strong B2B and B2C strategies, and drive outreach for new-age healthcare products and wellness solutions.You will be responsible for shaping the GTM strategy, onboarding B2B partners (hospitals, gyms, clinics), growing our wellness consumer base, and supporting awareness campaigns with data-driven insights.🏥 About Us – NPPD CARE (for context)NPPD CARE is building a 360-degree

- B2C: Launching an AI-powered platform covering 12 verticals of wellness — physical, mental, nutritional, sleep, reproductive, and more
We are in the
pre-funding
stage and looking for founding team members to co-create and scale with us.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
📈 Sales (B2B + B2C)
- Identify and onboard hospitals, gyms, clinics, wellness partners for service and tech enablement
- Develop and execute B2C funnel strategies to generate leads and onboard individual users
- Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Conduct demo pitches, onboarding sessions, and maintain partner relations
- Develop channel sales, institutional partnerships, and community engagement strategies
📢 Marketing
- Design and execute campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Work with content/design team for social media, email, and event-based marketing
- Create targeted strategies for urban wellness customers and rural/clinic outreach
- Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CAC, conversion rates) and optimize accordingly
- Leverage market research to refine positioning and messaging
✅ Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years experience in healthcare/wellness product sales and/or marketing
- Deep understanding of hospital operations, patient experience, or wellness service delivery
- Strong B2B communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and lead generation
- Proficiency in tools like CRM software, LinkedIn outreach, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and optimize campaigns
- Fluent in English (Hindi/regional language is a plus)
