Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our regional operations in Vizag. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in solar or energy product sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop marketing strategies that generate consistent leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies for Mierae Solar rooftop systems.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct and indirect channels.
• Build, train, and manage a team of field executives and telecallers for lead generation and follow-ups.
• Conduct customer visits, site assessments, and promotional campaigns to increase awareness.
• Manage partnerships with housing societies, builders, and local vendors for lead acquisition.
• Collaborate with digital marketing and operations teams for campaign execution and service delivery.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine strategies.
• Prepare sales reports, forecast data, and performance metrics for management review.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience from inquiry to installation.

Requirements

*Minimum 5 years of pure sales and marketing experience (preferably in real estate, fmcg, fintech, solar, renewable energy, or consumer durables).

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Telugu (mandatory).
• Basic understanding of solar products, subsidy processes, and government schemes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Must be based in Vizag.
