Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented State Head - Sales to lead the sales operations in Odisha. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales growth, manage high-performing teams, and build strong channel and partner ecosystems across the state. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve state-level targets across all business verticals. Build, train, and lead a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and Executives. Expand market reach through freelancers & CSC points Drive new customer acquisition and manage key client relationships in the state. Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and deliverables. Ensure timely reporting and review mechanisms to monitor sales performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building teams. Good understanding of local market and consumer behavior in Odisha. Proficiency in Odia, Hindi, and English is preferred. Willingness to travel extensively within the state.
