Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement

    sales strategies

    to achieve and exceed business targets.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor

    marketing campaigns

    (digital, print, outdoor, events) to enhance brand visibility and promote products/services.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert

    new customer leads

    and business opportunities.
  • Conduct

    market research

    to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Manage and strengthen

    client relationships

    , handle inquiries, and drive successful deal closures.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful

    sales proposals, presentations, and contracts

  • Collaborate with

    product, finance, and logistics teams

    to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Represent the company at

    trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings

  • Track and report

    sales performance, KPIs, and ROI

  • Source and onboard

    across regions/projects to expand the customer base.
  • Be flexible to work on weekends, extended hours, or travel frequently based on campaign or client requirements.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelors degree in

    Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

    (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred).
  • Minimum

    1+ years of experience

    in sales and/or marketing (experience in

    real estate/retail/B2B]

    is an advantage).
  • Proven track record of

    achieving and exceeding sales targets

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    ERP/CRM tools

    (e.g., Salesforce, Farvision) ensuring compliance and transparency.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms

    (social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM).
  • Strong

    communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

    with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with

    market awareness

    and business acumen.
