Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end flat sales for our LIG & MIG housing project (₹26–33 Lakh range). Manage and motivate a network of local brokers/agents across Katni, Jabalpur, Satna, and nearby cities. Organize site visits, customer walkthroughs, and booking events at the sample flat. Run sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team (digital ads, hoardings, WhatsApp promotions). Coordinate with banks (SBI, HDFC, LIC Housing, etc.) to facilitate home loans and PMAY subsidy approvals for customers. Maintain sales pipeline, track leads, and report daily progress to management. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounts and statutory compliance for our affordable housing project, Windsor Heights in Katni. The role requires handling buyer payments, escrow compliance, vendor bills, GST/TDS, and reporting in coordination with our Chartered Accountant. Responsibilities:Record buyer bookings, issue RERA-compliant receipts, and maintain buyer ledgers. Deposit booking amounts into the Escrow Account and track fund utilization (30% Nagar Nigam, 70% project). Maintain GST ledgers, calculate GST on buyer payments, and prepare data for CA filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B). Deduct and maintain records of TDS on vendor/contractor payments. Manage vendor invoices, site expenses, and petty cash with proper vouchers. Reconcile bank statements monthly and maintain audit-ready records. Prepare and share daily collection reports, weekly expense reports, and monthly MIS with management. Support CA and Legal Advisor in RERA compliance, audits, and statutory filings.
