Job Description

About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Peon to support the smooth functioning of our site office at Windsor Heights. The role involves assisting staff with day-to-day tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring basic office operations run efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office (sweeping, dusting, mopping, arranging furniture). Serve tea/coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors. Carry files, documents, or parcels within the office and to nearby locations if required. Assist in photocopying, filing, and simple office errands. Ensure proper opening and closing of the office (switching off lights, fans, locking doors). Assist during client visits or meetings (arranging seating, serving water/refreshments). Handle any minor tasks as directed by office staff/management. RequirementsBasic literacy (able to read and write simple Hindi/English). Previous experience in office/peon/helper role preferred, but not mandatory. Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy. Physically fit and willing to take on basic labor tasks. Respectful behavior with staff and visitors. Work Hours & Benefits Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Tea/refreshments provided at the office. Overtime pay if required to stay beyond office hours.
