Digital Marketing Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO & Website Management Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for higher search engine ranking. Conduct keyword research and track SEO performance with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush. Content & Creative Design Design engaging posters, brochures, reels, and digital creatives for social media, campaigns, and offline events. Work with agencies/teams to develop content calendars, ad copies, and blogs. Social Media & Campaign Management Manage Windsor Heights’ presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) to generate qualified leads. Email & WhatsApp Marketing Design and execute drip campaigns to engage potential buyers. Segment audiences and personalize communication for higher conversions. Analytics & Reporting Monitor KPIs like CTR, engagement, and lead conversions. Provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory). Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing. Hands-on experience with poster/creative making tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma). Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager). Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
