Project Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end flat sales for our LIG & MIG housing project (₹26–33 Lakh range).
• Manage and motivate a network of local brokers/agents across Katni, Jabalpur, Satna, and nearby cities.
• Organize site visits, customer walkthroughs, and booking events at the sample flat.
• Run sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team (digital ads, hoardings, WhatsApp promotions).
• Coordinate with banks (SBI, HDFC, LIC Housing, etc.) to facilitate home loans and PMAY subsidy approvals for customers.
• Maintain sales pipeline, track leads, and report daily progress to management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in real estate sales (residential preferred).
• Strong local market knowledge of Katni, Jabalpur, or nearby regions.
• Proven ability to close deals and manage brokers.
• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
• Comfortable working on-site at the project location.

• Fixed Salary: ₹40,000–₹60,000/month (based on experience).
