Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation: Achieve targets for exhibitor & sponsorship sales.

Prospecting: Identify new leads via research, cold calls, networking.

Client Management: Build & maintain strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction.

Proposals & Negotiation: Present packages, customize solutions, close deals.

Project Planning: Develop detailed plans, timelines, budgets, and objectives (KPIs) for exhibitions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Budget & Finance: Prepare cost estimates, track expenses, manage budgets, process invoices, and identify cost-saving measures.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact for internal teams (marketing, design) and external partners (clients).

Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate on promotional strategies and ensure brand/IP standards are met.

Post-Event: Conduct post-project reviews, gather feedback, and maintain accurate records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹31,210.85 - ₹75,376.10 per month
