The selected candidate will be responsible for handling the entire Odisha market, and the reporting location will be Sambalpur.The Sales & Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for the biomass and renewable energy sector. Responsibilities include market research, identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, leading sales campaigns, and achieving regional sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, monitoring market trends, and strengthening the company’s presence across Odisha.Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship ManagementHands-on experience in the Biomass / Renewable Energy industry is mandatory/preferredStrong understanding of Odisha market dynamics, especially power plants, industries, and fuel supply chainsExperience in Market Analysis, Marketing Strategy, and Digital MarketingExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsAbility to lead and manage regional sales operationsEducational qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
