Your Responsibilities as Sales & Marketing Lead

You will build and run the GTM engine end-to-end, with responsibilities that include:

  • Owning outreach, lead generation, and sales pipeline development for target segments
  • Designing and executing multi-channel GTM campaigns (email, LinkedIn, outbound, partnerships)
  • Leading and mentoring a small team of Sales & Marketing Interns or Associates
  • Building

    GTM playbooks

    , segmentation strategies, messaging frameworks, and value propositions
  • Driving LinkedIn presence, content strategy, and digital storytelling for deep-tech audiences
  • Conducting research on market segments, competitor dynamics, and customer personas
  • Preparing pitch decks, collateral, and segment-specific marketing materials
  • Running experiments to identify scalable growth channels and improve conversion metrics
  • Managing CRM workflows, sales dashboards, and performance insights
  • Supporting founders in sales calls, demos, proposal preparation, and enterprise conversations
  • Ensuring continuous, structured follow-up and high-quality prospect engagement
  • Driving alignment between marketing, sales, and operations to ensure predictable delivery
