Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)** 1. Lead Generation & Market ExpansionIdentify and onboard new hotels, resorts, spas, gyms, clubs, and wellness centres for bulk procurement of Rubz products. Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients across regions. Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities, competitor pricing, and industry trends. 2. B2B Sales & Revenue GrowthAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for all Rubz bulk categories (massage oils, body wash, shampoo, lotion, amenities, etc.). Pitch Rubz products as “affordable & export-worthy quality” solutions for hotels and clubs. Convert leads into long-term clients through consistent follow-ups and relationship building. 3. Client Relationship ManagementBuild strong rapport with purchase managers, spa managers, hotel GMs, and procurement heads. Maintain timely communication, share price lists, proposals, and samples when required. Ensure excellent after-sales service to maintain high client retention. 4. Product Knowledge & PresentationMaintain deep product knowledge of all Rubz B2B SKUs, ingredients, fragrances, and benefits. Conduct product demos, sampling, and presentations at client locations. Upsell and cross-sell multiple categories based on client needs. 5. Order Processing & CoordinationCoordinate with the operations team for smooth order fulfilment, dispatch, and timely delivery. Ensure proper documentation, invoicing, and dispatch tracking. Monitor payment cycles and follow up for timely collections. 6. Reporting & AnalysisMaintain daily call reports, visit reports, and sales tracking sheets. Share weekly and monthly performance updates with management. Analyse customer behaviour and feedback to suggest product or strategy improvements. 7. Branding & VisibilityPromote Rubz as a premium, reliable, export-quality bulk supplier for hospitality industry. Ensure proper visibility of products in customer outlets (where applicable). Support marketing team with insights for hotel & club campaigns. 8. Compliance & Professional ConductEnsure adherence to company policies, ethical sales practices, and pricing guidelines. Maintain professionalism during client visits, meetings, and negotiations.
