Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Generate new leads and follow up on inquiries promptly. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers. Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/database. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for better conversions. Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Requirements: Proven experience as a telesales representative, telecaller, or similar role. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is an advantage. Minimum 2 years of sales/customer service experience.
