Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive SW sales in Capital Markets

About the Role

Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share in the broking industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, sub-brokers, and other stakeholders in the capital market ecosystem.
Identify business opportunities and generate leads through networking and industry connections.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:
Graduate (Finance, Business, Science, Engineering, Commerce, or related field preferred).
Experience:
2–4 years in sales and marketing within the capital market or broking industry.
Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and market operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management.

Preferred Attributes

Existing network and good connect within the broking industry.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus.
