Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the promotion of property sales through advertisement media and listing services.
Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to present real estate deals.
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and property preferences.
Oversee the preparation and approval of documents, including purchase agreements and lease contracts.
Coordinate the closing of property deals, ensuring all necessary documents are signed and payments received.
Arrange property viewings for prospective buyers before closing deals.
Act as an intermediary between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate successful transactions.
Conduct property inspections to verify that sales terms and conditions are met before closing deals.
Provide periodic reports to management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
Conduct market surveys to determine pricing of competing properties.
Advise buyers and refer them to property consultants for legal and mortgage services.
Ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies during property transactions.
