Sales & Marketing Executive

Keshav Bags and Fabrics is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our nonwoven bags and fabric products, develop new customers, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. The role involves field sales, market development, and coordination with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers (retailers, wholesalers, corporate buyers, distributors)
• Promote nonwoven bags and fabric products to businesses and bulk buyers
• Visit clients, understand their requirements, and provide product solutions
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales orders
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for timely delivery
• Collect market feedback and competitor information
• Maintain sales records and submit regular reports to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (manufacturing or B2B preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel for field sales
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
