The Independent Career Counsellor (ICC) Program is at the heart of our mission, building a grassroots network of certified "Career Gurus" to guide the next generation.
We are looking for a dynamic, mission-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to fuel the growth of this transformative program.
The Role: Be a Catalyst for ChangeThis is more than a sales job. You are the evangelist for a national movement. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and onboard aspiring entrepreneurs, educators, and professionals into our Edvice Certified Career Counsellor (ICC) Program. You will be instrumental in expanding our network and bringing our vision to every corner of North and Central India.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and qualify potential ICC candidates through online research, networking events, social media (LinkedIn), and partnerships with educational institutions.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system.
Sales & Business Development:
Conduct compelling presentations and webinars to showcase the value proposition of the ICC program, explaining its earning potential (up to ₹5 lakh/month) and social impact.
Effectively communicate the power of our proprietary tools, including the CaryOn Test and the Sanatan Kaushal Framework (SKF-36).
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and successful onboarding.
Marketing & Promotions:
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Represent Edvice at educational conclaves, seminars, and industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, including school principals, college administrators, and coaching centers.
Performance & Reporting:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for ICC program enrollments.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in a B2C or B2B sales/business development role. Experience in the EdTech, education, or franchising sector is a strong plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively as required.
