With 150+ employees and multiple brands (TIPS-G, Edvice, BrainBucks), RNS is shaping the future of IT training, career counselling, and digital solutions. 📋 Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding:End-to-end recruitment process: Job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination. Manage onboarding formalities: offer letters, joining documentation, and induction programs. Maintain candidate pipelines for IT, Marketing, Sales & Training divisions. Employee Engagement:Organize employee activities, events, and engagement drives. Resolve employee queries regarding policies, payroll, or attendance. Maintain healthy communication between management & employees. HR Operations:Attendance and leave management (biometric + HRMS). Assist in payroll coordination and compliance requirements. Maintain updated employee records (soft + hard copy). Policy & Compliance:Ensure HR policies and company guidelines are followed. Support in drafting HR circulars and internal communication. Assist in performance management & appraisal process. ✅ Desired Candidate ProfileGraduate/Post-Graduate (MBA HR preferred). Strong communication skills (Hindi & English). Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace & HR Tools. Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
