Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our rubber and polymer raw materials, expanding our customer base, and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and a deep understanding of the industrial applications of our products. Previous experience selling rubber, polymer, chemical, or other raw materials to manufacturing or industrial clients is a significant advantage.   Key Responsibilities: ·      Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for rubber and polymer raw materials. ·      Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target industries (e.g., automotive, manufacturing, chemicals, plastics, etc.). ·      Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. ·      Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio, including various types of rubbers (e.g., Natural Rubber, SBR, EPDM, NBR), polymers (e.g., HDPE, LDPE, PP, PVC, ABS), additives, and their industrial applications. ·      Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the rubber and polymer industry. ·      Technical Support (where applicable): Collaborate with technical teams to provide solutions and support to clients regarding product specifications and applications. ·      Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports for management. ·      Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of post-sales support. ·      Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and participate in trade shows. Qualifications: ·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field. ·      Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in industrial sales. ·      Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and CRM software. ·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ·      Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented with a strong work ethic. ·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
