SENIOR ACCOUNTS & OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounts & Operations Executive with 4–5 years of experience in accounting, inventory coordination, and cross-functional operations. This role demands hands-on expertise in Tally, strong command over GST and TDS/TCS compliance, and the ability to manage dispatch workflows and vendor/customer communication with precision. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and ensures smooth day-to-day functioning across finance and logistics. Key Responsibilities: Manage purchase entries, sales invoicing, bank reconciliations, and payment entries in Tally Maintain GST records, TDS/TCS sheets, and statutory documentation Coordinate with warehouse for dispatches, receipts, and delivery challan verification Generate purchase orders and share dispatch details with customers Maintain Excel sheets for warehouse expenses and operational tracking Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients Prioritize daily tasks and follow up on pending items with accuracy Support audit preparation and ensure documentation compliance Candidate Profile: 4–5 years of experience in accounting and operations Proficient in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel Strong coordination and communication skills Organized, proactive, and detail-focused
