Job Description

The Marketing Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market reach for our interior design services. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the design team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:  * Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate qualified leads through market research, networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.  * Client Acquisition: Develop and manage relationships with potential clients, including homeowners, businesses, architects, contractors, and real estate developers.  * Sales Presentations & Proposals: Conduct engaging presentations of interior design services and solutions, preparing customized proposals and quotations that highlight value propositions.  * Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.  * Client Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business and referrals.  * Project Coordination: Liaise closely with the design and project execution teams to ensure a seamless client journey from initial inquiry to project completion and after-sales service.  * Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the interior design industry. Marketing & Brand Promotion:  * Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns (digital, print, in-store, social media, etc.) to promote interior design services and enhance brand visibility.  * Content Creation: Collaborate with the design team to gather project information and create compelling marketing content such as case studies, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.  * Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website content, to generate leads and engagement.  * Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, representing the firm professionally at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.  * Promotional Activities: Plan and coordinate product launches, promotional events, and strategic collaborations with design influencers and partner brands.  * Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications:  * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.  * Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in sales and marketing, preferably within the interior design, architecture, construction, or luxury retail industry.  * Strong understanding of interior design concepts, trends, materials, and the industry landscape.  * Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.  * Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.  * Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.  * Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.  * Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.  * Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and design.  * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.  * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Desired Skills (Optional, but a plus):  * Basic knowledge of interior design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).  * Experience in selling to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) or B2B clients.
