Sales & Marketing Executive

As a Sales & Marketing Executive in the fabrication industry, your role will involve identifying and engaging potential clients in sectors such as construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing. You will be responsible for preparing technical proposals, quotations, and negotiating contracts to close orders. Additionally, you will promote fabrication capabilities through client meetings, marketing materials, and industry events, while maintaining regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Supporting marketing campaigns and market research initiatives will also be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential clients in sectors such as construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing. - Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts. - Promote fabrication capabilities through client meetings, marketing materials, and industry events. - Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction. - Support marketing campaigns and market research initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred. - 2+ years of sales/marketing experience in the fabrication industry. - Good knowledge of fabrication processes, estimation, and technical sales. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of AutoCAD/CRM tools. In this role, you will be expected to work full-time in a day shift at the company's location in Bhiwani, Haryana. The compensation package includes a performance bonus and benefits such as Provident Fund. Fluency in English is preferred for this position.
