Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Title: Marketing Executive Location: Santoshnagar, Saidabad.  Employment Type: Full-time  Gender: Male (Field-based role)   Experience: 1 – 2Years Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to promote and expand our uniform business across hospitals, schools, corporate offices, industries, and retail clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing Identify and target potential customers across hospitals, schools, colleges, offices, hotels, and industries. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product reach. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver product presentations, samples, and proposals to clients. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Generate leads through field visits, networking, online sources, and referrals. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the production team for customization requests. Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and orders. Product Promotion Promote the company’s uniform range including hospital scrubs, lab coats, school uniforms, industrial uniforms, corporate attire, and accessories. Participate in exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns. Support digital marketing activities (social media promotions, product posts, campaigns, etc.). Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for order processing and delivery. Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Maintain customer databases, visit logs, and sales records. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in sales/marketing (uniform, textile, garment, or B2B experience preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong networking abilities and customer-oriented mindset. Field sales experience is an added advantage. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools.
