Job Title: Marketing Executive

We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of medical gases, industrial gases, and various specialty gases, serving hospitals, laboratories, manufacturing units, and other industries. We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Sales Executive who can help increase our hospital client base from Trivandrum to Ernakulam. The role involves field visits, direct hospital interactions, relationship building, and supporting the sales team with lead generation and client onboarding. Visit hospitals, clinics, medical colleges, and healthcare centers across the TVM–EKLM region to introduce our medical gas products.Preferably looking for those who have own vehicle car/bike,must be willing to commute from TVM to EKLM weekly basis

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on the medical and industrial gases sector.
• Prepare marketing collateral such as brochures, technical data sheets, product catalogues, and presentations.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with hospitals, industries, dealers, and distributors for marketing initiatives.
• Support the sales team with lead generation, client communication, and proposal preparation.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, hospital meetups, and industrial events.
• Maintain and update product information, certifications, and technical materials.
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, branding materials, and promotional items.
• Track marketing expenses and analyze campaign performance.
• Assist in branding for cylinders, packaging, and logistics material.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in industrial, healthcare, or manufacturing-related marketing is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of basic technical concepts (training will be provided).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and support cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B marketing.
• Knowledge of gases industry, industrial products, or medical equipment (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to prepare technical documents and reports.
