Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive (Training & Education Programs)
Position Overview

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company’s training programs, generating new business, and driving revenue. The role requires expertise in both marketing and sales, with the ability to conduct market research, run promotional campaigns, manage leads, and convert prospects into clients. The candidate will also support program development and corporate outreach.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Promotional Activities

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Manage outreach activities through social media, email marketing, telecalling, and lead management systems.
  • Organize live promotional sessions, workshops, and webinars to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Build and manage learning communities on platforms like WhatsApp or forums.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive sales of online, offline, and self-paced training programs to individuals and institutions.
  • Actively work toward achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Engage with HR leaders, corporate clients, and decision-makers to secure bulk program enrollments.
  • Establish institutional partnerships and corporate alliances for long-term business growth.
  • Bring new business leads and convert them into revenue-generating opportunities.

Program & Operations Support

  • Assist in designing program structures, certification frameworks, and assessment methods.
  • Support program rollout planning, scalability strategies, and onboarding of trainers and learners.
  • Coordinate with trainers to ensure program quality and alignment with industry standards.
  • Monitor KPIs, gather feedback, and improve program offerings for better outcomes.
  • Ensure data security, process efficiency, and smooth learner experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or the training/education industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office.
