The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing front desk activities with professionalism and care. Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Great patients and visitors warmly and professionally Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups Handle incoming phone calls and respond to queries Maintain patient records and update appointment logs Assist with billing and payments, coordinating with the accounts team Guide patients through the registration process and direct them to the concerned dentist/room Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and organized Manage incoming and outgoing documents/couriers Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist (experience in dental/healthcare setup preferred) Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu Basic knowledge of computer systems (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.) Ability to handle patient data with confidentiality Pleasant and professional attitude Good time management and multitasking skills Knowledge of dental terminology is an added advantage
